A fish-oriented Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on the B1 floor near Kanda and Mitsukoshimae stations. Surprisingly, it was empty for lunch and was a hidden gem. Coffee, raw eggs, and furikake are provided. I ordered the Hidaka kelp curry set (850 yen). The curry is a green curry-like color. I didn't feel the taste of kelp, but people who don't like spicy foods may not be able to eat it. I'm starting to sweat. Boiled eggs and fried chicken are included by default, not as toppings. There's a good amount too. The deep-fried root vegetable rolls in Small dish are delicious with a strong dashi soup. After your meal, you can serve yourself hot or iced coffee. I am very satisfied with both the cost performance and the taste.
