平日のランチで、麺匠 釜善さんを訪問して来ました。
場所は、神田駅、淡路町駅、小川町駅から徒歩5分弱。
釜善さんは讃岐うどんの人気店。
モッチモチの絶品うどんと揚げたての天ぷらがリーズナブルに頂けるお店です。
13:15頃に到着。
間口が狭く、奥に細長い店内。
座席は、カウンター×6席、2名掛けテーブル×4卓。
先客は3組4名。
入口の券売機で先に食券を買います。
釜善さんのうどんは何と3玉(540g)まで無料！
更に1玉、1.5玉をオーダーする場合には温泉卵がサービス！
今回は、
・とりちくわ天 ぶっかけ 900円
・特大(3玉)
・半熟卵天 100円
・舞茸天 130円
の、合計1,130円をオーダー。
食券を渡しカウンター席へ。
卓上には、天かす、醤油、唐辛子×3種類、柚子ごしょう、岩塩、ごま、レンゲ、グラス、お水のピッチャーが常備。
5分程で料理が到着。
3玉で540gあるので、器の重さが半端じゃありません。笑
うどんの他には、とり天×2、ちくわ天、大根おろし、生姜、鰹節、ねぎ、刻み海苔、カットレモン。
トッピングで追加した半熟卵天と舞茸天は別皿での提供です。
角が立った中太の麺は、モッチモチで超好みなタイプ。
スッキリとした出汁は、大根おろし、生姜、カットレモンを入れることで更に爽やかに！
揚げたての天ぷら達もクオリティ高し！
半熟卵天はうどんへ投入し、舞茸天は岩塩で頂きました。
天丼、カレーライス、かしわ飯、たまごかけご飯、明太子ご飯、とろろご飯などと、ご飯物の品揃えも豊富ですが、
恥ずかしがらずに3玉をオーダーし、抜群の麺を思う存分味わうべきお店です。
