A store that is irresistible for Japanese sake lovers!
My first visit to a hideout in Kanda, run by someone I met at a sake party at Kiyosumi Teien Ryotei last year. A 6,000 yen course with custom-made dishes and sake. I knew it would be good, but it was even better than I expected! Located about 5 minutes from Kanda Station. Service that you wouldn't expect from a one-off operation. I've also been into Japanese sake recently, but it was refreshing to see so many breweries I tried for the first time. Sake breweries I tried for the first time (this also serves as a memorandum): Takijiman Sake Brewery, Mie, Nagurayama Sake Brewery, Aizuwakamatsu Tsuki no Wa Sake Brewery Iwate Buyu Sake Brewery Ibaraki Kamishin Sake Brewery Okayama Suzuki Sake Brewery Akita Eiko Fuji I've had it before, but this is my first time trying Eiko Fuji GMF:24 Junmai Daiginjo unfiltered unprocessed sake! I was surprised to hear that it is a Junmai Daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of less than 30%, and the label is also nice. The Hideyoshi-kneaded nigori sake simmering sake, like my favorite Kokuryu and Shimashite Nodoburoku, were also delicious. Seikyo Kitajima, Mai Tengu, Toyoka, Dokara, etc. It was perfect, including the order in which it was served.I think I drank about 15 different types (estimated). The food was also impressive (I forgot to take pictures of the appetizers, but...).I was impressed with all the dishes that went well with alcohol.Next I've already made a reservation. It looks like there will be a lot of wonderful encounters with Japanese sake this year.Let's have fun while being careful not to gain weight.

I had a great time attending the New Year's party, so I invited a Japanese sake lover to attend the New Year's party. It was postponed due to snow, so we held it in February. Once again, new sakes appeared one after another, and even my advisor who was familiar with sake appeared to have some brands that I didn't even know about.Even though it was a Monday, I got carried away and drank 11 different types.Yamamoto Sake Brewery's unlabeled version was very shaky (lol).I didn't miss any shots. No one knows anymore. ① Spring smile sake Junmai Ginjo Shichisho Shuzo ② Shinkawa Ichibanfune Special Junmai Kimoto Shikomi Ryuriki ③ Hagi no Tsuyu Junmai Ginjo Spring Dry ④ Beautiful Junmai Sake Shintaro ⑤ Raifuku Junmai Nama Genshu Sakura using cherry blossom yeast ⑥ Ippaku Suisei Konishi Special Junmai Sake 7) Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu No. 6 yeast ⑧ Kariho Junmai Ginjo Nama Kawasemi Sakura label ⑨ Oze melting snow pink cloudy Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake ⑩ Omine 3 grains Pasteurized Omachi 11 Isojiman Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki There are many cherry blossom labels and pink labels. The cold days continue, but spring is just around the corner. The story about cherry blossom yeast is also unique to this season.Everything was interesting, but especially ② This is the first time I've heard of the most expensive sake in Japan. The ``New Sake Banfun'' is said to have started in the middle of the Edo period. The new sake that came down from Nada and Fushimi was very popular among Edo people who loved new things, so it was the first to arrive in Edo. I was given a drink of this sake, which was said to be the most expensive sake, as I was told that the newly arrived sake was traded at a particularly high price for a year. It's a restaurant you'll want to visit every season, as it has a wide variety of seasonal drinks and fun stories about alcohol.
