杜氏の転職により村重酒造では最後の日下無双の会に参加しました。
保夜萬歩といったら、雨後の月と松の寿のラインナップが豊富ですが、最近は日下無双も取り扱って頂き嬉しい限り。
会費は料理長渾身の和食コースと日本酒飲み放題3時間で8000円。
★こだわりと手間が満載の創作和食
厳選された素材を丁寧に調理し、すべての料理のお出汁にこだわり、見た目も美しいカジュアルな割烹料理が並びました。

揃えられた日本酒も素晴らしいラインナップで、温度変化や、お料理とのマッチングを楽しみました。
また東京の酒販店でもほとんどお目にかからない限定品も飲み放題。
★保夜萬歩参はおでんが看板
旨味たっぷりの透明なお出汁は関西風。
工夫を重ねたおでん種も魅力で、今回のコースでは揚げ大根、牛タン、半熟たまごを朴葉みそで食しました。
以前にも何度か訪れたことがあるのですが、きりたんぽや卵焼きなども出汁ジュワジュワで美味ですよ。
カニ味噌の豆乳クリームコロッケも定番メニューにあるそうなので、洋食専門店顔負けの濃厚な味もぜひ味わってほしいです。
