オーガニック、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン、グルテンフリーに興味がある方はもちろん、そんなの興味ないっていう方にもお勧め。
ゆる〜くグルテンフリー、ヴィーガン、1日2食の生活をしている私も、こちらのヴィーガンランチをいただいたら驚くほど食後は身体スッキリ！
ここ本物だなと実感した。
岩本町駅辺りから歩いてきたのだけれど、こちらは神田駅からほど近い場所。
築60年の民家を改装してレストランにしたんだそう。
席数少なめなお店なので、ランチタイムのピークを外して平日13時頃に訪問したが、先客1組のみ。
お客さんが少ないこともあり、ナチュラルな雰囲気の店内はひとりでも落ち着いて食事ができる。
ランチメニューは3種類くらいあったかな。
これ↓目当てだったので、他の記憶がなく、紹介できずに申し訳ない(^^;;
●ヴィーガンランチ 1210円
ご飯かパンを選べるとのことで、ご飯に。
ご飯は玄米。
提供は思ったより早く、数分待ったのみ。
スタッフさんがお料理の説明してくれたのに、すっかり失念(^_^;)
コロッケみたいなのも、もちろんお肉じゃないのよ。
動物性食品は一切入ってないのにこのボリューム。
そして、彩りの美しさ！
まだまだヴィーガンっていうと地味で量が少ないって印象を持っている方も多いのだが、最近はそんなことない。
野菜のおかずが盛り盛りでテンション上がる。
そして、これらの野菜の持つパワーと言ったら！
でも、一番感動したのは玄米ご飯のおいしさ。
ふっくら炊けており、程よい水分量でパサつきなし。
こちらのお米、自家採種らしいが、やはり違うなと思った。
余談ではあるが、日本では種苗法によって、農家の方が自分で育てた作物の種を採取して増殖してはいけない品目が多数ある。
夏野菜の代表、ナスやトマトもそうなんだって。
その数、2019年で356種！
つまり、多くの作物は種苗会社から購入したタネを使って育てられている。
普通に安く販売されているタネは、遺伝子組み換えされ、子孫を残せないタネだったりする。
中小の農家さんにとっては自家採取できるタネを使えず、わざわざタネを購入しなければならないのは経済的な負担になるというデメリットもあるると思う。
私はこんな法律に賛成できないな。
話がそれました(^◇^;)
つまりは自家採取のお米はちゃんと命がある食物。
食べれば植物の命を丸ごといただけ、パワーになると思われる。
だからかどうか？この玄米ご飯はとっても美味しい。
炊き方も上手なんだと思う。
だから、是非こちらではご飯をお勧めしたい。
あえて難点を挙げるなら、普段使いするにはちょっとお高めだということかも。
本当は毎日通いたいくらいなんだけどね。
でも、こういうレストラン、特に女性は好きな人多いんじゃないかな。
ちょっといいお店知ってるよって連れて行ったら喜ばれそう。
パワーを感じるお野菜とお米、是非召し上がってみてほしい。
こちらのレストランのコンセプトは、
平飼いの自然卵を使い、契約農家の農薬不使用・化学肥料不使用の野菜を使うこと。
そして、40年以上自家採種して作っているお米を味わってもらうこと。
食品添加物を一切使用せず、オーガニック小麦を使ったパンを手作りで焼くこと。
ここでしか食べることができない、身体に良い食事を提供すること。
さらに食材以外でも、こんな意識を持っていらっしゃる↓
環境や動物の生態系に影響を及 ぼすプラスティック容器やストローを使用しません。
そして、ゴミの削減・フードロス対策を常に実行します。SDGsを言葉だけではなく、日々の中で実践するレストランとして食を通じたエシカルな空間を創造していきます。
お店のコンセプトも非常に共感できる。
また訪問したいお店。
