近くで工事中ゆえ、少し落ち着かない鴨。
でもそれはお店のせいではない。

レクサスの工場と春キャベツ、そして伊良湖岬
そんなイメージの愛知県田原市やけど、
そこにある吉田畜産で作られた拘りの豚。
まさに「ほうび豚」なのだ。
日本語ならば生姜焼やろか？
しかしながらそれは肉厚で脂身さえもご馳走。
ライヨールのナイフの切れ味も抜群。
キチンとメンテナンスしていると思われる。
その前にスープが提供されていた。
それはジャガイモのビシソワーズ。
これはクールダウンできたな。
大きなプレートにはサラダも。
フリッタータは他のものと合わせると
さらに美味しく感じられる。
きんぴらもフレンチの手にかかるとお洒落や。
最後にホットコーヒーを追加注文や！
オーガニックコーヒー 200円(税別)
ボリュームもあるので頼んだ方がええよ。
苦味の抑えられた美味なる珈琲。
これで午後も乗り切れそうだ。
