近頃、無添加食材に興味を持ち、体質が変わり体重が減ったお年頃の超後輩とのランチ
神田も色々とあるけれど、女子受けしそうな［ROSY］さんにお邪魔しました。
相変わらずに女子率が高いです。
ランチプレートの［キッシュ］は売り切れで残念………
連れの後輩２人は［有機野菜大豆とビーツのスムフプレート］を、私は［本日のパスタ］をオーダー。
ちなみに、本日のパスタは［ツナとナスのトマトソースのペンネ］で、サラダは［紅玉リンゴとアップルミントのドレッシング］でした。
連れ友の［スムフのプレート］も撮影させて頂きました。
食べ切れなかった［スムフ］はお持ち帰りをさせて頂きました。
実は［スムフ］って？と私はスーパーフードって知らなかったので……オーダーをパスタに逃げちゃったんですけどね（笑）
次はチャレンジさせて頂きます。
