Food There are two types of Kawara Soba Local Cuisine from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Enjoy Kawara Soba, a noodle dish originating from Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture! Kawara soba is made by placing tea soba noodles and other ingredients on a piping hot tile and eating it with warm noodle soup. You can enjoy the crisp texture of slightly charred soba noodles and the refreshing taste of lemon and yuzu pepper. We offer two types: ``Yamaguchi STYLE'' made with ``thick noodles and Hagi sweet soy sauce'' and ``Kawa.Tokyo ORIGINAL'' made with ``thin noodles and Tokyo dry soy sauce.'' Comparing flavors is also popular.

Please enjoy Yamaguchi Prefecture's cuisine to the fullest as a course. For 2,780 yen, we offer a course where you can enjoy Kawara Soba, Yamaguchi's snack set, Ube's Wasa, and Chikuwa. We also offer a course that includes puffer fish and deep-fried Choshu chicken for 3,680 yen, and a ``special course'' that comes with a special menu that changes depending on the stock of the day for 4,580 yen. Please enjoy a relaxing time with Yamaguchi local sake that goes well with the food.

We always have about 20 types of local sake available, which are essential to our carefully selected dishes. We offer popular brands as well as rare liquors that are hard to find, starting at 650 yen. We are proud of our selection of Japanese sake made in Yamaguchi Prefecture that goes well with your meals, even in Tokyo. The all-you-can-drink option that can be added to the course for an additional 1,850 yen (2 hours) includes Dassai and other drinks, so enjoy your favorite flavors at a great value. We also have standard menu items such as draft beer, shochu, and sour.
SpaceThe calm space is perfect for lunch or after-work banquets.
A brightly colored wood-grained space welcomes you. With a total of 20 seats, the restaurant has a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks. By changing the seating layout, up to 18 people can be seated side by side, making it ideal for dining with a large number of people. We accept reserved reservations for up to 15 people, so you can enjoy your party without worrying about your surroundings. We also have courses that include our signature Kawara Soba, so please use it for various occasions such as girls' night out.
