三越前駅から神田駅方面に日銀通りを歩いていった常磐小学校の近く。みなと屋さんの隣にコチラのお店があります。ランチは瓦そばのみ。麺と肉をそれぞれ大盛りにすることができます(別途追加料金) 。
瓦そばは山口県の郷土料理。みなさん自宅で食べるときはホットプレートで食べるそうですが、こちらのお店では、屋根に使うホンモノの瓦ではないですが、瓦そば用の熱々に熱した瓦の上に茶そばが乗って登場します。
見ためはインパクトありますよね。SNSでも映えると思います。蕎麦を焼くのは、どうなのか？という感じもありますが、こういうものだと割りきれば(瓦だけにw) 美味しいです。
レモンともみじおろしが目印ですね。
