会社の人とランチで訪問しました。山口県の郷土料理の瓦そばを頂きました。

瓦そばは瓦で焼き立てのそばと玉子、豚肉を一緒なや蕎麦つゆに漬けて頂きましたがこれがまあまあおいしい！ランチはゆかりご飯を付けてもらえるとのことでご飯も頂きましたがこれもまあまあおいしい！初瓦焼き勉強になりました。
