神田西口商店街の海鮮居酒屋ランチ。
特に疲労が重なったときでしょうか、微妙な胃の状況を満たす適量で重くない昼食を取りたいとの思いを募らせて商店街を歩いていると、すっかり自分を見失ってしまうことがあります。
なるほど天下の神田西口商店街はグルメな店ぞろいなのですが、丼物、中華、カレー、麺類、寿司、洋食、いずれもどこか重たくてしっくり来ず、ふらふらと優柔不断な歩みに。そういうときにひとつの救いになるのが、オーソドックスな和定食をいただけるお店でしょうか。
同店の限定３０食の１０００円ランチは、青魚、赤身、白身の３パターンからメーンのお刺身を選択し、そこに唐揚げや奴などの小鉢を指定する形式。お刺身の色分けというところに、なるほどそういう選び方があったかと妙に納得をさせられます。
たしかに私の疲れた胃には赤身は重たい。白もやや気取っている。夏らしく、さっぱりとDHAでリフレッシュしたいと思いまして、青魚をチョイスしました。この日は鰯とブリ。適量な白飯と揚げたて唐揚げとのコンビネーションに、どこかホッとする時間をいただけました。
地下でやや入りづらいということもあって、店内は空いています。
