小川町から近いところに使い勝手の良さげな自家轢き手打ち蕎麦見つけました。焼酎こだわりあり。
『蕎麦といろり焼き 創』
雰囲気からどこかの資本系だろうか、と思って調べてみたら「トゥルーバアグリ株式会社」という会社で、日本全国でファームやスマート農業などを推進している企業のフード事業の様子。
店内は清潔感があり、また結構広い店内（30席、個室有6名）で居心地が良いです。注文はランチメニューからこちらにしてみました。
『日替り昼膳Cセット（1370円）』
鴨つくね南蛮（温）と旬菜小天丼と小鉢のセット。
【鴨つくね南蛮そば（温）】
お出汁はふんわりと優しく、ゆずの香りも少し。蕎麦は細打ちほんのり薄緑。上に南蛮なので長ネギと、鶏のつくねが乗っているて三葉が散らされている。
【旬菜小天丼】
かき揚げ、ナス、キスの天丼。少しオイリーな印象。小鉢は大根おろしとシラス。
美味しかったです。
