今日は前の会社の先輩と久々のお食事で神田！
15時過ぎと中途半端な時間でしたが開店していたばってんさんに入店！
1組だけいらっしゃいましたが時間も時間なので空いてました！先輩が電子タバコ吸うので寒い季節は助かるって！
先輩はビール、私は角ハイボールで乾杯です！昼下がりから飲むお酒は最高ですよね(o^^o)
お通しはもやしナムルと胡麻カンパチ、お刺身がお通しでいただけるのはラッキー！味が染みてて擦り胡麻の風味も良かったです！
▶︎鶏皮ポン酢
しっかりボイルされていてさっぱりいただけました！大根おろしが締って良いですね！ポン酢に浸った底の方が味が濃くてツマミにいいですね。

数量限定ですとオススメいただきました！1切れ目はオススメのピンクソルトでいただきました、お塩でいただくの良いですね！シャープな旨さが良かったです！ポン酢もあるのでお好みで◎
▶︎博多 新名物炊き餃子（鶏白湯柚子胡椒）
かなり柚子胡椒がパンチ効いてますねー！咽せそうなくらい辛みと特有の風味がまた良いです！餃子は肉餃子で水餃子っぽい感じではなく焼き餃子の形状の餃子を石鍋で炊いてる感じですね！煮崩れしそうな柔らかさで、餃子というよりスープとして楽しむ方がいいかも！
▶︎宮崎県 チキン南蛮
カラッと揚げられたチキンに、甘酢とタルタルソースがめっちゃかかってます！タルタルソースにはしば漬けかな？色もほんのり赤みがかって、漬物の食感もいい感じです！
▶︎かま焼き
ブリのかま焼きでした！焼き上がりまで時間がかかるので最初に頼んで正解でした！鮮度も良さそうで臭みもなく身離れも良くホクホクでした！レモンを効かせて大根おろしと醤油でシンプルに美味しいのが良かったです！
全体的にリーズナブルでしたし、ボリュームもかなりあってお腹いっぱいです！ウイスキーはもちろん焼酎や日本酒も種類が豊富で、九州料理との相性も良くて使い勝手良さそうなお店でした！
