This time we visited the Kyushu bar "Batten", which is a 3-4 minute walk from Kanda Station. There are quite a lot of menus, and of course, as it claims to be a Kyushu bar, it includes fish, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) nabe, horse, chicken, sara udon, mustard lotus root, and fish cakes! We have a rich lineup of dishes from each prefecture in Kyushu. The store is an open space, and the staff will come right away when you call. Order mainly from the snack menu a la carte. The menu I ordered this time is as follows: - Cooked Gyoza / Dumpling, sweet potato sticks, fried tofu, fish cakes, Caesar salad, roasted squid, porridge - The must-try dish at this restaurant is the cooked Gyoza / Dumpling! They are simmering in Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling. There is a repertoire of various flavors, and you'll want to order more than one. It might be fun to go with a large group! The sweet potato sticks are so fluffy and when you eat them with honey butter, you won't be able to stop eating them. I had to order a second helping lol Is the fried tofu based on soy sauce? It was a thick soup with a strong flavor. The fish cakes and roasted squid go well with alcohol, so the alcohol went well. The squid was perfectly cooked and not too tough. To finish off the meal, I ordered a side dish of rice porridge with boiled Gyoza / Dumpling soup. The taste of the soup is so good that you won't be able to stop making porridge. Even though the amount of rice is quite filling, I still eat it! I completely finished the meal. It was delicious~ Thank you for the meal.
