この日のランチは随分前に１度だけ馬刺しを食べに行った事のある「黒てつ家」が閉店して、その跡地に出来たビストロにて。
元々、日本橋本町にあった人気店が移転してきた模様で、お洒落なその外観は岩本町の殺風景な街並みとは明らかに異なる異彩を放っております☺。
内装もお洒落そのもので、昼よりむしろ夜に訪問したくなるような雰囲気の良いお店。馬喰町から東日本橋のエリアにかけてのお洒落化の波が、いよいよ岩本町２丁目までやってきました。
ランチは日替わりの洋食からパスタ、カレーなどがあり、それぞれにサラダなどの副菜がついてきます。初めてのこの日は『生パスタランチ・濃厚ミートソース（950円）』を頂きました。
副菜のイタリアンサラダとグリルが登場した後、ほどなくしてパスタも配膳。熱々のパスタはずっしりと重く、ミートーソースはスープ状とまではいかないものの、少しジュレっぽい仕上がりで肉々しい挽き肉と共にパスタによく絡む絡む。濃厚というよりもマイルトな味わいですね。
麺は生パスタ特有のモチモチ感もあり、ムニョムニョとして美味しい。途中で別皿に盛られたハラペーニョを加えて刺激をオン。味変して気分を変えます。パスタとサラダのシンプルな組み合わせでしたが、ボリュームは文句なしで満足です。
自分は11：30の開店ほやほやで１番に入店しましたが、12時になる頃にはカウンター席も含めて満席。お店がオープンしてからまだ３ヶ月足らずですが、既にかなりの人気があるみたいですね。
