ビストロランチ(肉)
平日ランチの終わりかけの14時前に滑り込みで伺いギリギリ入れました。
ビストロランチ(¥1,000-)とアイスカフェオレ(¥150-)を注文。
ビストロランチは月水金がお肉、火木がお魚なんだとか。この日は月曜日だったのでお肉の日でした。
まずはスープが着弾。野菜のお出汁が美味しいコンソメスープです。
そしてメインは酸味のあるデミグラスソースでとろっとろになるまで煮込まれた洋風の角煮。気持ち味濃いめでとてもお酒が飲みたくなりました(代わりにご飯が進みました)。

カジュアルなのに味も最高
金曜日の少し遅めの時間に訪問。予約なしでしたがちょうど団体さんが出た直後ですんなり入れました。
気取らない店内で毎回気軽にお伺いしてます。鮮魚も煮込み料理も本当に美味しくお酒が進みます。アウグスビールはもちろんのこと、グラスワインも数種類あり充実しています。男2人でお伺いして写真の5皿+お酒をグラスで1人3杯程度ずつ頂いて¥13,000-とコスパも◎
今回はメインとして牛ほほ肉と牛蒡と穴子の赤ワイン煮込みをいただきましたがこれが本当に絶品！穴子を合わせるところにセンスを感じます。
話は脱線しますがこちらの店舗に移転してからはブイヤベースは出してないんだとか。そちらも本当に美味しかったので復活望みます笑

I visited for the first time in a while during the Christmas season. As always, all the dishes were exceptional, but this time the beef fillet pie wrap was especially delicious. If things go well, I hope bouillabaisse is back... (whisper) Thank you for the meal. We hope to see you again next year.
