``[a:13261285, Nihonbashi Genkai]'' is a Sushi Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that opened in July 2021 in the basement of [a:13215533, Charcoal-grilled specialty restaurant Shiroginya] along Bank of Japan Street. By the way, the second floor of the building is [a:13231552, South Indian Cafeterias Beans on Beans]. On this day, I felt tipsy and stopped by around 10pm. It was run by three people: a young general, a girl, and a boy. There are two rooms on the right and left sides of the entrance. On the right side, there are 6 counter seats and 3 tables for 4 people. After the dinner guests had left, I was in cleaning mode, but the guests seemed harmless? As if he thought so, I went to the counter. (ﾉ≧ڡ≦) For now, [B: Draft beer (660 yen)] is Kamawa's The Premium Malt's Master's Dream. It wasn't my first cup of the day, but it was still delicious! Founded in the 4th year of the Meiji era, this sake is limited to restaurants by Asakai Co., Ltd. in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture. It is a ``tasteful dry junmai'' that has a spiciness of +10 degrees even though it is a junmai sake. I tried [b:Geso Watayaki (770 yen)]. This is the one that goes perfectly with sake. We had a final drink in the chic and calm interior.
