今回、日本橋にある土曜日でも営業している
お鮨屋さんを前から気にしておりお邪魔しました。
前菜のお通しは、芽ひじきと長ひじきを使っての提供に舌鼓を打ちお店独自の拘りある食べ方を教わったバクダンを食べ更に旬のホタルイカの酢味噌でお酒のスピードが妻共々、一気に加速！
妻は、ニッカのsessionと言う
スコットランドモルト、宮城峡、余市をブレンドしたウイスキーのハイボール満喫。
穴子の白焼で幸せはピークに達し帆立のバター焼きはサービスでシャリだけを２巻を帆立とそのお汁につけて食べて下さいと言われ2人ともknockoutでした。妻は、さらに大山鳥の唐揚げ頼み私は、
