見た目小ぶりだけど、たっぷりな海鮮丼
オープンした時から気になっていたお店。
魚が食べたくて魚匠屋さんへ。
お店一押しの海鮮みぞれど〜んをオーダー。
料理がくるまでにメニューと、食べ方マニュアルをふむふむと。
お茶椀にすり切りいっぱいのご飯の上に、魚がど〜ん。
たまごも、黄身だけなのがいい。
食べ方通り、まず黄身に醤油をかけて、よくまぜまぜ。
そして、魚を平らに潰してから黄身醤油を。
お椀がちいさすぎて、混ぜるのに大変。
でも、とってもおいしかった。
3分の2食べたところで、出汁をかけて、そして出汁茶漬け用の醤油をかける。
出汁の香りはいいけど、味がない。
出汁茶漬けにしないで食べた方のがよかったな。

午前中の仕事終わりに、若いのが魚が食べたいとのことで、魚匠屋さんへ。
いつものように海鮮みぞれどーんをオーダー。
大振りな色々な魚。
見ただけでおいしそう。
確かにおいしいけど、お椀が小さすぎて、黄身醤油を魚にかけるとこぼれちゃう。
魚もご飯もそこそこの量があるのに、わざわざお椀を小さくして？より豪華？に見せよとしているのはわかるけど。
食べづらい。
なんとかしてほしい。
〆に出汁を入れて食べない方が、最後までおいしい。
