お客さんと待ち合わせ前にランチ。
写真は千円の海鮮丼。
小さいように見えて、ご飯は300gもあります。
生卵とワサビを混ぜてから、醤油を掛けてどんぶりにかける。
かける前に海鮮の具を4分の1くらい別皿に置いておく。
うーん、美味しい！
そこで食べ終わったと思ったら、第二の味わい。
セルフテーブルに食べ終わったどんぶりと別皿に残したものを持って行き、追加でご飯をよそって別皿の海鮮をのせて出汁を入れ、海鮮茶漬けの出来上がりー
一度に二度美味しい海鮮三昧のランチでした。
ちなみにこの食べ方はすべてお店の受け売りです笑
