平日の夜に予約のうえ初訪問しました。prontoの看板を目印に、同ビルの３階です。
店内は新しく、きれいで高級感のある空間です。また、個室も完備されています。
この日は一番人気と書かれていたおまかせ握りコース１１０００円を予約しました。
コースは握りとつまみがランダムに出てきます。
まずは温かいにゅうめん。最初に温かいものが出てくるのは嬉しいですね。おなかが温まり準備完了です。
続いては、いくらの小丼。プリプリのいくらがたくさん敷き詰められ、ごはんとの調和が絶妙。
醤油漬けの味のバランスもちょうど良く、一口ごとに口いっぱいに広がる美味しさです。
他につまみでは、カレイの西京焼きも逸品でした。
白くてきれいなカレイが西京味噌の風味と絶妙に調和し、焼くことで香ばしさと旨味が凝縮されています。
西京味噌の優しい甘さが魚の旨味を引き立てており、皮めのパリッとした食感と身のふわふわのコントラストもたまりません。
握りは、最初はシャリの温度がかなり高くて驚きましたが、握りが進むにつれて馴染んできました。
この日は、アジ、車海老、アナゴがおいしかったです。
あとは最後のとろタク巻きもおいしくいただきました。
コースの所要時間は１時間程度。遅い時間の開始でしたが、サクッとカウンターでいただけてよかったです。
コースメニューは色々あるみたいなので、じっくり楽しみたい時には特上コースなども良さそうです。
神田の駅近でお手頃価格でカウンター鮨を楽しめるお店でした。
