多町大通りより１本東側の通り沿い、
成吉思汗 カムイの２階にある Dining ひらりきらりです。
まだ、オープンして２ヶ月程度とのことですが、
食べログでは、店名変更の扱いになっているようで。。
西口商店街で、神田かみなりグリル → ル シャ デュ ヴァンをやってから、
この場所に移って、KUON → Dining ひらりきらりって感じで
いろいろと試行錯誤中といったところでしょうか。
1階に出ているメニューを見ると、
ビール・日本酒・焼酎・ワイン・ウイスキーなんでもありって感じです。
平日は 19時までハッピーアワーやっていて、
ドリンク各種500円になります。
２階の店内は、オシャレな雰囲気。
手前に、4人掛けテーブル6卓と、2人掛けテーブル1卓あって、
奥に、落ち着いたカウンター11席あります。
男子２名、女子２名で切り盛りしてました。
お客さんは女子比率高めな感じです。
この日、ハッピーアワーに間に合いました。
カウンター席に案内していただきました。
本日の日本酒をいただきました。
女子店員さんが持ってきてくれたのは、
雁木 純米無濾過生原酒ノ壱(500円+税)でした。
なかなかシブイところをもってきますねぇ。
日本三名橋といわれる錦帯橋の近くにある八百新酒造のお酒です。
山口県といえば、獺祭がすっかり有名になりましたが、
雁木もイイ味出してるんですよ。
やや辛口で力強いお酒です。
クリームチーズの金山寺味噌漬け(500円+税)をつまみました。
バゲットにのせてパクっと♪
これが、いい塩梅で旨いんです。
飲み物お替りは、日本酒３種飲み比べ(800円+税)にしました。
カワイイ女子店員さんと相談しながら選んだのは、
黒龍純米吟醸、田中六五純米、白米城特別純米伊勢海老ラベルの３種。
彼女、日本酒に詳しくて、ちゃんと全部お試ししているようでした。
残念ながら、今週で当店での勤務おしまいとのこと。
こういう軽いノリも若者らしくてイイですね。
白米城特別純米伊勢海老ラベルは、キレッキレでフルーティー。
女子ウケしそうなお酒でした。
〆に、サービスのスープを出してくれました。
サクッと飲んで、お会計は 2,280円でした。
やる気のある若い店員さんたち、応援したくなります。
