神田駅から徒歩数分の所にある『ひらりきらり』を訪問しました。
Diningですが、昼にラーメンを期間限定で出しているらしいです。
店頭には『人類みな麺類＠大阪』との特別コラボラーメン提供中ののぼりがあります。
12時前で先客1名。
12時を過ぎると結構客が来ていました。
普段のランチメニューは提供中止と書いてあり、メニューはラーメン、カレーのみでしたのでラーメンで。
●人類みな麺類特別コラボラーメン『秩序のない現代にドロップキック』￥880
メニュー名が長いww
ミスチルの歌の歌詞で、また自分はその世代なのですぐにわかりますが、最近の若い人だったらこのメニュー名がなんの事なのかわからないと思いますww
待ちの間にいろいろチェック。
厨房は3人体制。
といってもダイニングというかカフェというかお洒落な店の店員たちが出してる期間限定ラーメン。
黒づくめの服装の男性が作ってて、女性2人は接客です。
客は結構女性比率高めでラーメン、カレーは半々くらいですかね。
大阪の人類みな麺類の事知っているのかな？
なんとなく知らずに食べているような気がします。
そして登場。
なんか見た目が、大阪で食べた人類みな麺類のイメージとは違います。
まあいいか。
スープは少し濁りがあるけどクリアなスープ。
主張しすぎる素材がなくマイルド。
判別が難しいスープです。
そして優しい。
強いて言うなら、大阪で人気のラーメン店で出てきがちな、少し甘めの醤油スープって感じ。
伝わりにくいか。
でも実際、大阪で人気の醤油ラーメンを何軒も食べ歩きましたが、大きな方向性的にはこの少し甘めの醤油な方向性の店によくあたります。
九州で刺身食べるときに甘い醤油が置いてある的な方向性。
まあそこまで甘くないけど。
鼻の奥の方から魚介系が少し香りました。
麺は中太。
これが面白く、パツンとしたハリがあり、でもツルツルではない。
この麺いいね。
旨いです。
具は輪切りのネギとチャーシュー3枚。
チャーシューは肩ロースの大判なのが3枚。
これは凄い。
低温調理みたいなしっとり感。
だけどちょっと厚すぎて噛み切りづらい。
もっと薄くカットしたほうが絶対いいのに。
まあラーメン屋ではないからチャーシューをカットするスライサーも無いだろうからしょうがないのか？
自力でのカットだとこの厚さになってしまうのかな？
終盤、じわじわスープの旨味がくました。
始めはちょっと物足りないくらいでしたが、だんだん良さが伝わりました。
思わず汁完。
全体的には、うまい事はうまいです。
でもどちらかと言うとちょっと甘め。
甘すぎではないけど余韻も甘い。
これが受け入れられる人ならいいと思います。

大阪の西中島南方で食べた時の感動にも近い、あの人類みな麺類とはかなりの差を感じたのも正直な感想。
最近東京に進出してきた人類みな麺類も色々食べてみたくなりました。
夜のメニューが置いてあったので見てみると魅力的。
価格もリーズナブルだし。
早くコロナが落ち着いてゆっくり飲みたいですね。
