大人な雰囲気で神田の裏路地にある素敵な和食屋さんです。
一階と二階に個室があり周り気にせず静かに呑めるのが良い。
★地鶏の塩焼き
皮はパリパリ、中はジューシーふっくらでとても美味しかったです。
★茄子の揚げ浸し
出汁の旨味を吸い付くした茄子が柔らかく水々しくて最高でした。
刺身や生牡蠣など海の幸も新鮮で抜群に美味♪
日本酒も通好みな銘柄が取り揃っていて料理の味を引き立ててくれました。
