東京は神田にあるそば店、おかめさんです。
JR神田駅からホテルに行く途中に見知らぬ新店を発見。
店頭に置いてあるメニューを見ると”山形そば”という見知らぬジャンル！！
興味津々で迷わず入店です。
まずは冷酒とオニオンサラダで軽く助走です。
オニオンサラダは鰹節とからすみ粉が入っており、濃厚な味わいです。
より酒のアテ的な料理となっております。
後半は山形肉そば（冷）を注文。
太くて腰のあるそばです。そばの香りも強め。
結構好みの麺ですね。
出汁は薄めの鶏だし、これもそばの風味を損なわない良いバランスです。
ガシガシワシワシ食べる感じですね。
後半はちょっとアゴが疲れてきます(笑)。
なかなかに楽しめました。
