Becoming a chef has been my dream since childhood. After graduating from high school, he trained in the world of French cuisine under Paul Bocuse's sous chef ``Joël Bruin.'' After that, he entered the world of Italian cuisine and is pursuing his own unique Italian cuisine while deepening his knowledge of the food cultures of European countries such as France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
