神田に最近話題の寿司居酒屋があると聞いて早速来店。
外観から今どきの映える感じでテンション上がる……！
平日19:30に予約していくと満席！
店内も映える感じで清潔感あり、また美しいお皿が壁面に飾られている。
日本酒も各種取り揃えていて、お魚料理とお酒が好きな方にはもってこいのお店だと思った。
■ 日本酒飲み比べセット(松)¥770
松竹梅の3段階あって、｢松｣だと手取川、黒龍、八海山の3種飲み比べ！
スッキリした喉越しでお魚料理との相性いい。
お通しは、黒バイ貝の煮付け。
■ はねて盛り5種¥1,950
2人前の刺身盛り合わせで、構成は、真鯛･ハマチ･生本マグロ･平目･カンパチ。
どれも鮮度がよく肉厚で美味しい〜！
盛り付けも綺麗で映える。

梅水晶、帆立わさび、クリームチーズマグロ酒盗の3種盛り。

滅多に食べられないまぐろの頬肉！
柔らかくて美味しかった。
“つま”も一緒に揚げられていてフライドポテト感覚で美味しく頂いた(笑)

穴子の身がふっくらと柔らかくて美味しい〜！

ボリューム満点でいくらも大粒なのが嬉しい！
まぐろが美味しすぎて何個でも食べられちゃいそう〜！！

いくら、ウニ、カニが載った豪快ないなり寿司。
一口では到底食べられない豪快なサイズで〆にちょうど良い。
1個ずつ注文できるのも嬉しい。
総じて盛り付けが可愛く、いわゆる写真映えする料理が次々と運ばれてきて楽しい時間を過ごせた。
