At our shop, you can enjoy the local sake and shochu you choose at the time, in the mood of traveling. We carry a wide variety of products, including brands that are not often found in Tokyo and rare items. In addition to the standard sake, we have a wide selection of over 15 types of sake, so even drinkers can enjoy it. The lineup changes every 2 to 3 weeks, and the lineup never gets boring. Owners who like Japanese sake can visit the brewery and select carefully. We also have craft gin, rum, and craft beer, so please choose your favorite.

Local cuisine is used for local sake. Of course, we also prepare special dishes based on the theme of the region chosen at the time, so please enjoy it with local sake. Shinme's menu includes ``Shinbashi stew'', which is made by slowly simmering beef tendon for 5 hours, ``Raw tuna sashimi'' sourced fresh from Toyosu, and ``Raw Oyster'' from an Oyster specialty store where you can taste and compare three types of oysters. We also recommend the regular menu. To top it all off, try the popular ``green curry,'' which is rare at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
