大手町から鎌倉橋を超えたエリア、少し歩いたところに、体においしい優しい料理を提供するお店ががありました。
『肝料理と海鮮の店板下（ばんげ）』
看板の雰囲気から勝手にラーメン屋かななんて思ってたけども、実際見てみると和食屋でした。
店主の坂下さんから取った店名で、夜は肝料理や回線が売りのお店ということ。ランチはヘルシーメニューにこだわっている様子。
『鯖の照り焼き定食（900円）』
味噌汁。野菜の具沢山。大根、にんじん、白菜、ごぼう。しみじみうまい。
小鉢は金平牛蒡に小松菜や厚揚げ。
サラダはグリーンサラダに酸味のはっきりしたドレッシング。
鯖の塩焼きはふんわり。添えられたインゲンやニンジン、大豆と枝豆の煮たもの。
ご飯は玄米入りで体に優しく、なおかつうまい。
こういうのがいいんだよと思える定食でした。
