I had the "Weekly Chicken Kimchi Cheese (Regular Rice) 950 yen". The main set meal is the "Dietitian Supervised Set Meal". There are 6 types. The salt, protein, fat and kcal content are listed for each set meal. The rice is a mix of white and brown rice. You can choose "100g small, 150g regular, 200g large". 200g is a lot, so it's obvious that this restaurant targets women. I'm a small eater, so I got the regular! The "Weekly Chicken Kimchi Cheese" that was brought to me was healthy. This is it, this is the kind of lunch that would make me healthy. It has a lot of ingredients and is light and healthy. The salad has a homemade dressing and lots of vegetables. The white and brown rice mix rice is freshly cooked and fluffy. It contains brown rice, but it's easy to eat and delicious. There were not only women but also many young men. All the men seemed to be very health-conscious. They didn't come for heavy meals!
