Our lamb chops, lamb meat, and shoulder loin are made with high quality and fresh Australian produce. They are never frozen and are purchased while still fresh, so they have almost no taste. Each piece is thick and juicy, so you can enjoy the texture! We also recommend domestically produced senmai and liver. In particular, the chicken liver is delivered every morning by a butcher, so it's fresh. Our customers also say it's juicy and delicious.
