JR神田駅南口を出て、横断歩道を渡った正面の五番館ビル１階に、
2024年3月21日、『禁断のビストロ 神田』がオープンしました！
スタイリッシュな店内、右手にハイカウンターが15席くらい、
左手に４人掛けテーブル２卓あります。
ランチのメインは、じっくり40日以上熟成させた
岩手県産短角牛を使用したこだわりハンバーグ!!
４種類のソースが選べます。
オリジナルオニオンソース 1,300円
濃厚デミグラスソース 1,400円
フレッシュトマトソース 1,400円
二種のチーズソース 1,500円
サラダ＋ライス＋テイクアウトコーヒー付きです。
ライスは、小盛、普通、大盛を選べます。
オリジナルオニオンソース(1,300円)を、ライス普通でお願いしました。
ハンバーグは、フライパンで丁寧に焼いていて、
８分ほどでやってきました！
昔懐かしいファミレスハンバーグのビジュアルです。
ハンバーグには、たっぷりのオニオンソースがかかっていて、
鉄板の上でジュージューいってます。
ブロッコリー、ニンジン、ポテトが添えてあります。
表面をカリっと焼いたハンバーグにナイフを入れると、
肉汁がジュワ～～っと出てきます。
中心部分はレアでピンク色です。
いやぁ～、美味しいお肉です。
オニオンソースは、ココスの前身のロビンフッドのジャポネギソースみたいなヤツ。
やや甘味があって美味しいんです。
今なら、店頭に『ランチ300円OFF!!』のチラシが置いてあります！
14時過ぎると、外の看板が「禁断乃珈琲」に変わってました。
ランチタイム、ティータイム、ディナータイムも営業するようです。
