The restaurant, which was opened by the owner at the age of 44, has been loved by everyone for 28 years and has grown old along with the owner. Rosia-tei stands out a little against the new Jimbocho streetscape, but it has opened its doors to the town of Jimbocho and the people who gather there, and although it is an old restaurant, it has a lot of people coming and going, and I think it is Restaurants that gives you a sense of security.
