初訪問。
神保町でぶらぶらとランチを探していて入店。
日曜日はお弟子さんの日ということで、お弟子さんの鯛出汁と鶏のラーメンを注文。
初訪問はトッピングがなしとの事でしたが、常連さんはガンガンとトッピングを注文。
ラーメン自体はコシのある面に、柔らかなチャーシューがスープに絡んで非常に美味しかったのですが、少し居づらさを感じるお店でした…
