久しぶりに幸せになる洋食を食べました。
サングリア
渋みが少しある赤ワインにフルーツの甘み。
飲んだ後に渋みが効いてきてやがて旨いと認識する。
手作り？まさかな。
普段はまいばすのサングリアばかり飲んでいるから
まいばす産は甘くてジュースみたいだけど、こちらのは
ちゃんと酔える感じ。
前菜として食べた豚のパテ
薄くスライスしたフランスパンの上に乗ったパテ。
パテ独特の臭いが全くなくて。フレッシュなパテを食べた印象。
玉ねぎが臭い消しと食感がアクセントになってる？
ハンバーグ
周りがカリっとしていて、デミグラスソースが美味しかった。
ペペロンチーノ
こちらのペペロンチーノは透明なブイヨン？だし？みたいな中に
野菜が入っていて少しとろみがついています。
いわゆるイタリアンで食べるペペロンチーノとはビジュアルが違い
食べてみると
何これ何これ、美味しいじゃ～～～んっ。
ベロベロに酔った同僚をつついて
絶対食べた方がいいと言う私。
その他にも
ハヤシライス、ナポリタンなど色々頂きましたが
どれも美味。
飲み物はワインが豊富。
スパークリングワイン、サングリア、エビスビール
カクテル、ソフトドリンク。
同僚がどのボトルにしようか迷っていたら
お店の方が丁寧に説明してくださって試飲してみますか？と。
遠慮せず待っていたら
なんと５種類の白ワイン全て
試飲で持ってきた！
小さくて可愛いワイングラスを５つ並べて順番に試飲。
こんな試飲、私は初めてだったので驚きました。
サービス良いな～
お店は赤を基調としたダウンライトで落ち着いてます。
騒がしいお客さまはいなくて大人の洋食屋さんでした。
デートにお薦めのお店。
また行きたい。
