I was having a drink with an acquaintance around here, so I went here because Hamburg looked delicious. It might be empty because it's Saturday and Sunday. Although the restaurant had a decent number of seats, it was run by the master and a young boy. There are also families there, and you can feel that it is loved by the locals. It was a humid and hot day, so I ordered some amberjack carpaccio and bacon salad while drinking some Ebisu. It's amberjack carpaccio, but the texture and taste of the ginger sauce and cut cocktail vegetables are delicious! We offer dishes that allow you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients as they are, so you can enjoy them from the beginning. The warm tomato and bacon vegetables have the fragrant aroma of bacon, the sweetness of grilled tomatoes, and the bell peppers and purple potatoes that come with it? A series of dishes that take advantage of the quality of the ingredients will follow. The wine was from Moldova, located in the south of Ukraine, so it was reasonably priced but easy to drink. Next was the famous grape beef Hamburg Steak. This is a light yet dense Hamburg filled with meat. I think I'll have to give up the flavor of the meat to a restaurant that specializes in Hamburg, but I thought it was a satisfying Hamburg that didn't interfere with the alcohol or the overall atmosphere. Lastly, pasta with tagliatelle flat noodles. On this day, I had bacon and tomato pasta, and although it felt like it overlapped with the salad, it was a delicious pasta that enjoyed the chewy texture of tagliatelle. The good thing about this place is that many of the dishes are made with great care for the ingredients, and the satisfaction level is high, so I thought it would be a good idea to order dishes that seemed to have plenty of seasonal ingredients! It was an area I don't usually visit, but it was a great experience. Thank you for the meal!
