I'm not a big fan of TV dramas, but lately I've been watching NHK's morning dramas and taiga dramas without fail. In such a situation, how the story unfolds, how the foreshadowing is collected, the main role and the main role, etc., are often taken up by the media as major topics, so to speak, but what I secretly enjoy is the narration of the drama. In the same way that theme songs and insert songs are often associated with the image of the drama, I think that narration has an equal role. Some of the most famous ones are Kyoko Kishida's eerie narration and Kenjiro Ishimaru in the classic "From the Window of the World," but in the quirky part of the recent morning drama, Akemi Masuda of "Hiyokko" still has her voice in my ears. Even in taiga dramas, Masami Nagasawa of "The 13 Men of Kamakura Palace" had a surprising presence, and I feel that Shinobu Terashima of "Dosuru Ieyasu," which is currently airing, is also a continuous hit. The narrator was often a professional announcer, and Motoyo Yamane, who was the narrator of the Naoki Hanzawa series, was indeed stable because he was NHK's first female announcement office manager. When appointing a celebrity as a narrator, the image of the person is important, but when I look at the recent use of narration, I think it is well thought out. On this day, too, I went to work after watching Dora's "Dance Up" in the morning, and the narration of Sadamasashi was also quite good. This week will be the end of the dance, and the next work, "Ranman", will start next week, and Aoi Miyazaki will be in charge of the narration, so I'm looking forward to it as well. So, this week is the last week of March, and I have a year-end job, but my current workplace is relatively uneventful without much flutter at the end of the fiscal year. On this day, my work in the morning went smoothly, and I took a break from the unstable weather that had been going on for the past few days and went out for lunch without an umbrella, so I decided to aim for our restaurant, which is a little far from my workplace. Our store used to operate as a Coffee shops named "Creole" for 26 years, but under the second generation manager, it seems that the store stepped into Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) business, and it seems that the current name was chosen with the meaning of taking a new step at that time. Tabelog restaurant According to the information, the business started in May 2014, so if you calculate backwards, the company was founded in 1988, which is exactly the turn from Showa to Heisei. Our logo has two numbers, 1988 and 2014, so I think this guess is correct. The Jimbocho area is said to be a sacred place for curry, but there are many long-established Coffee shops, so it may have been recognized as one of such restaurants for a while. The location of our shop is located on Kinka Street from Yasukuni Street toward Suidobashi, turn right at the corner where the long-established "[A: 13068810, Tomitaha]" is located, turn left at the end (Sarugaku Street), and turn right in the alley immediately afterward. On this day, I was a little late to leave the office due to the break in work in the morning, and I arrived at our store around 12:35. There was a lunch menu posted next to the entrance, but there was a red board next to it that said "Pasta finished today". It ended after 12:30 o'clock, and this board seemed to be used all the time, so if you want to eat pasta, you may want to come to the store early. There are only table seats in the restaurant, but as soon as you enter the restaurant, you will be entangled in cigarette smoke. Our shop seems to allow smoking even at lunchtime, but since there are few shops of this type these days, it inevitably becomes a hangout for smokers, and they want to smoke more. It's a big minus point for me as a smoker, but on this day, I didn't have an image of an alternative store in the neighborhood, so I decided to use it for a rather passive reason. It seemed that it was time for the change of customers, and there were several empty seats in the almost full house, and I was able to sit alone at the vacant table for 4 people. (As a result, there was a slightly more relaxed feeling, and the smoke damage was not as affected as much as I felt when I entered the store.) The lunch menu consists of about 6 kinds of pasta, curry rice, hayashi rice, and green curry, but the pasta was sold out, so I ordered from rice, and ordered hayashi rice @ 820 yen, which I had been missing recently. Looking back at the record of Tabelog, it means that the last time I ate hayashi rice was the first time since "[A:13144418, Brasserie St. Bernardus Kanda]" in Kanda in April 2015, which is the first time in about 8 years. Salad and drink are attached as a set menu for +200 yen, but it seems that salad is also included with a single item, so I ordered a single item. After about 5 minutes of waiting, the salad was served, and 3 minutes later, the hayashi rice was served. The salad was reasonably good, with sunny lettuce garnished with corn and seasoned with French cuisine dressing and black pepper. Hayashi rice is served with plenty of milk, and you are told to add it to your liking. I like milk, so I put in all the amount. This hayashi rice was not full of beef and mushrooms, but it was quite delicious with a very rich and mellow taste. I think that the abundance of milk contributed a big part. It was the first time in a long time that I had eaten hayashi rice, but I thought that hayashi rice was quite delicious. There may have been a change in taste during this time, but I reviewed it again. It was as you might imagine from the fashion of the day, but I felt that our restaurant and food were shining. I don't think the cost performance is bad. However, it seems that there is a serious shortage of manpower in the field, and it was posted that there is a possibility of reviewing or changing the business. Even at the Chichibu shop I visited just recently ([a:11005823,Nosaka], which is a miso Pork bowl), the day's business was changed to Bento (boxed lunch) sales only due to a shortage of manpower, and it was just shaken, so I felt again that various shops are being affected by this. Probably the same phenomenon is happening all over the country. I hope it won't have a big impact on our store...
