知人との会食で利用です。
ご飯をいただきたいけど、人が多いのはまだ怖い･･･。
ゆっくり落ち着いてた雰囲気で和食が食べたいと探していたら、こちらの庭のホテルさんに併設されている和食屋さんを見つけました！
ここなら人もそんなに多くなさそうだし、ゆっくりいただけそうなので早速訪問することに^ ^
入口で体調との質問をされ、手の消毒をして入店です。
店内からは、綺麗な日本庭園が眺められます。
落ち着いていて、雰囲気も最高！
今回は、なごみ懐石をオーダーです。
＊前菜
鰻の笹寿司、サーモンマリネ、卵焼きなど。
一口サイズのお料理を色々楽しめる前菜です。
どれも美味しい^ ^
＊お碗
蓮の葉の上にカエルが座っているかのように見える可愛いお碗。
冬瓜を使って蓮の葉をイメージしています。
優しいお味でホッとする美味しさです。
＊造り
紫陽花をイメージして盛り付けられたお造りです。
カツオやマグロ、はまち、鯛の昆布締めなど。
こちらも可愛いらしい盛り付けです。
＊焼物
アイナメの焼物です。
脂がのったアイナメは焦げた部分の芳ばしさもあり美味しいです。
＊煮物
南瓜や茄子はお出汁がたっぷりと含まれていて美味しい！
高野豆腐も噛むとお出汁がジュワッと滲み出て美味しいです。
こちらも優しいお味です^ ^
＊食事
喉越しの良い茶そばをごまだれでいただきます。
個人的には、カツオベースのつけ汁でいただきたかったですが、こちらもごまの香ばしさが感じられ美味しかったです。
＊デザート
冬瓜をレモン汁で煮たサッパリとしたデザート。
冬瓜をデザートとしていただくのは初めて！
こんな食べ方もあったなんて感動です。
食感はナタデココに似た感じでとても美味しいです。
落ち着いた雰囲気で、庭園を眺めながらいただく懐石料理は心落ち着く時間となりました。
お味も、どれも素材の味を生かしつつ美味しいお料理でした。
ゆっくりお食事をしたい時はとってもオススメですよ！
