白木一枚カウンターは名店at神保町天ぷらいもや
都内庶民の味方の天ぷら屋さんといえば『神保町いもや』。2018に閉店したが弟子の方が『神保町いもや』を移転してやってる。しかし70歳過ぎ高齢化だ。仕入れも高騰していて薄利多売、かつ継ぐ人もいないから存続危機だ。まさに絶滅危惧店舗。。
食べられるときにと思い寄ってきた。
カウンター7名だから外に10名くらいならんでる。今日は北風️寒かったわぁ。
昼だから普通の定食900円（海老もあるよ）に、旬な牡蠣（2個300円安っ）を追加。
俺を真似してか後ろで待ってる皆さん同じオーダー。
名店はやっぱり白木一枚のカウンターだな。
天ぷらあげる目の前だからパチパチパチパチ音が心地よい。
炊き立てご飯は大盛りで沢庵がまた美味い。
味噌汁は具沢山。豆腐に溺れそう。
天汁には大根おろしにほのかな生姜の香りが良いねー。
天ぷらも海老、イカ、鱚、かぼちゃ、春菊。それに追加の広島のデカい牡蠣が美味かったぁ。
こういう庶民の味方の美味い店はずーっと残って欲しいなぁ。
