水道橋、東京ドームすぐわきにあるイタリアン。
白山通りからちょこっと入った路地にある隠れた名店。
シェフはイタリアで本格的な修行をした逸材で、店内の至る場所にイタリアからの賞状や認定書が掲げられている。
店に釜はないのでピザこそないが、カルパッチョ、パスタ、魚料理などはどれも秀逸で美味。
ランチはコスパが最高で、まさにイタリアの大衆食堂という感覚だ。
水道橋というとグルメのイメージが薄いが、この店を知ったことでグッとエリアの付加価値が高まった。
ここならデートでも、友達同士でも、接待でも利用できる万能タイプ。
おまけにCPがとてもよく、ワインや料理もあまり価格を気にせず注文できるのもうれしい。
今回はランチのコースで。
お肉と魚、二種類で注文したが、前菜→パスタ→メインという、イタリア本来の提供方法で頂ける。
パスタや炭水化物系は多くの場合最後に出てくる事が多いが、本場ではメインが最後でパスタは前半に出てくるケースが多い。
この店もそれを踏襲しているというわけだ。
ラザニアはとても濃厚。
ただ、塩味は強すぎず、ソースの味も強すぎない絶妙なミルフィーユとなっていて、味は秀逸。
是非食べてみてほしい。
