神田すずらん通り沿い、サンマルクカフェの地下にある築地食堂源ちゃんです。
株式会社サイプレスが、東北から九州まで展開する魚河岸食堂チェーンです。
サイプレスっていうのはヒノキという意味。
社長が東さんで、東は日と木、すなわち日の木（ヒノキ）となるところから命名した社名だそうです。
これまで、田町店、品川シーズンテラス店、AKIBA_ICHI店、両国江戸NOREN店、神田店などを
利用させていただいたことがあります。
この日も、いつものちょい飲みセット(1,100円税込)をいただきました。
メイン、刺身、小鉢とドリンクのセットです。
初めて築地食堂源ちゃんのちょい飲みセットをいただいたのは7年以上前。
その頃から税抜きお値段据え置きで内容も劣化してないのは素晴らしい！
ドリンクは、生ビールをいただきました。
アサヒスーパードライの中ジョッキです。
小鉢は、きのこおろしでした。
しめじ・なめこ・えのきに大根おろし。
おなじみのセット刺身は、経木で作った舟の上に
まぐろ・タコ・サーモン・鯛・鰹が一切れずつ盛り付けてあります。
作り置き感満載です。
メインは、大粒カキフライと秋刀魚フライでした。
秋のちょい飲みセットなんだそうで、
メインにフライが出てきたのは初めてです。
源ちゃんで、秋のちょい飲みセットをいただきました。
ドリンク一杯くらいお替りしたいんだけど、
生ビール中539円、ブラックニッカハイボール429円、豪快517円となっていて
お得感がないので、やめておきました。
