ポークソテー マスタードソース
昼間にいつも列ができている小さなビストロです。
ランチはコースだけでなく、単品のランチメニューもあり、後者は1000円前後で食べることができます。
本日はランチメニューの中のポークソテーを頂きました。
値段からは予想できなかった立派な料理が…
豚肉は1.5センチくらいの厚さながら、脂身がかなり少ないので、ボリュームはありますが最後まで美味しく食べれました。
特に濃厚なマスタードソースがやや淡白ともいえる豚肉を何倍にも美味しくしてくれる感じです。
付け合せの温野菜はブロッコリー、ナス、さつまいもでしたが、中でもさつまいもが良かったです。
これでスープがついてたら申し分なしでしたが、値段を考えたらしょうがないですね。
