お店にはそこはかとない高級感があります。店内は広々。
店内のお客さんの入りは2～3割ほど。
食券機で「特製中華そば 1300円」「ビール (中瓶) 600円」の食券を購入。合計1900円。決済方法は現金のみ。
私はカウンター席に案内されました。
布のおしぼりが出ます。
卓上調味料は、黒煎り七味、一味唐辛子、ミル付き胡椒、お酢。
すぐに瓶ビールと、冷えたグラスが出ました。ビールうまい！ おつまみは特に付きませんでした。
食券を出してから料理が出るまで3分ほど。
魚介の香りが強い！ いいですねぇ。
麺は、中細かな。スープがよく絡みます。
「特製中華そば」の具は、海苔4枚、チャーシュー4枚、味玉、メンマ、長ネギ、「の」の字が入ったなるとでした。
チャーシューは、シンプルなようでいて、なんだろうこの深みのある美味しさは。
味玉は、黄身の舌触りがトロトロ。美味しい。
卓上調味料の「黒煎り七味」は、香りがよく立ちますねぇ。
一味唐辛子は、ベースのスープの味を変えずに辛味を付加。これもいい！
ビールと一緒にラーメンを食べると、ビールで味が毎回リセットされて、新鮮な気持ちで美味しいスープを楽しむことができます。
スープまで完食。
素敵なラーメンでした。
