スープ:煮干し感の中に醤油のコクもしっかりあり、飲み応えのあるスープ。表面の油で熱々のまま楽しめる。
麺:開化楼の中細ちぢれ麺、中華そばに合わせたような少し細めの麺
チャーシュー:肩ロース4枚 やや硬め
トッピング:半熟たまご、メンマ、ネギ
たまごは味も染み具合と茹で加減も良く○
【感想】
煮干し感があるインパクトのある中華そば、スープはコクもありながらも飲みやすい一杯で、人気も納得。
麺はもう少し太麺でも負けないインパクトがあるかも。
休日でも昼前なら回転も早く並びも少ない印象。
競合店が多い中でも選択肢の一つとしてあり。
