ハンバーグデリバリー。
特製ハンバーグセット@1,600
国産合い挽き肉を使用。まるっとボリュームある重量感。外側はしっかりとした焼き目、中はふんわり白っぽい感じ。ソフトで、口当たりがいい。
しっとりとジューシーですが、みっちり詰まったしっとりさではなく、ほどよく肉肉しさを残し、空気感をちゃんと入れた感覚。
比較的あっさりとしているので、ボリュームはありながらももたれない。塩加減も優しめでソースが生きる。
ソースは玉ねぎベースのシャリアピンソース。さらりとしつつもデミグラスに似た濃厚さがある。旨味とコクがあって、デミグラスよりもあっさりとして食べやすい。ライスにも合います。
ライスはふんわり柔らかめで、ソースの絡みがいいですね。
付け合わせのマッシュポテトはさつまいも。濃度ある甘みがあって、ソースを吸い込んだ味わいもいい。ちょっと繊維が残っているのが残念。
付け合わせのグリル野菜はエリンギ、赤い大根、かぶ、ズッキーニ、ピーマン。どれもシャキッとしていて歯応えが美味しい。大きめカットからは野菜の良さがダイレクトに伝わってくる。エリンギはプリプリ、根菜は甘みもあり、野菜特有の水水しさと味わいがしっかりと生かされた調理でした。
サラダはフレッシュな葉野菜にハム。このハムがまた美味しい。薄くシュレッドされたボディから旨味と塩味がバランスよく伝わってきます。ドレッシングはビネガー強めのさっぱり風味で、野菜を美味しくさせます。
久しぶりのハンバーグ。野菜もたっぷり、ソースも珍しいシャリアピンで、大満足でした。
