都内に６店舗を構える、"Wine厨房タマヤ"の暖簾分け1号店
"Wine厨房tamaya-ohyama"が板橋大山にオープンしたのが2015年3月。
そして、2号店が2016年6月に水道橋にオープンした。
"Wine厨房tamaya suidobashi"は、JR水道橋駅西口より徒歩１分の便利な場所にある。
チャージがなく、グラスワイン500円〜、ボトルワイン1900円〜。
気軽に立ち寄れるのがうれしいお店。
他店舗は、0次会や１人３次会なんかにも利用させてもらっています（笑）
そんな、おひとり様の利用にも適しているタマヤですが・・・
飲み会にも最適。
水道橋店は、特に大人数にも対応出来る造り。
メインフロアーでは３０人ほどの会ができ、
お籠り感抜群！居心地のよい奥の半個室は１０人まで可。
ワインボトルをオーダーしたら、スマートなタイミングで注いで下さるので
同席者のグラスを気にせずに楽しめむ事ができる。
ポーションや料理の取り分けも柔軟に対応してくださるので本当に楽〜。
もちろん料理も美味しい。
グランドメニューに加え、本日の料理も充実していて
伺った１０月末にいただいたのは、
脂ののった秋刀魚と、とろける茄子の一体感が堪らなく美味しい
”秋刀魚と茄子のパン粉焼き〜オレンジソース〜”（８８０円）。
鹿肉をダイレクトに楽しめる”北海道産蝦夷鹿のステーキ”（２１００円）。
実がプリッと、スープが美味しい”ホンビノス貝の白ワイン蒸し”（８８０円）。
残りのスープをリゾットにしてもらえ、間違いなく美味しい。
そして、
タマヤ名物！野菜がもりもり食べられるのがうれしい”16品目のデトックスサラダ”。
本来フルサイズ（９８０円）ハーフ（６８０円）のところ・・・
頂きたいメニューをオーダーするとクオーターサイズ（５８０円）にして下さいました。
秋刀魚と鹿は取り分けて提供してくれるし、
メニューにないポーションに調整してくれたり、心遣いがうれしすぎる。
そんな素敵なサービスをして下さるスタッフの方は、とても親しみ易く
カウンターもあるので、おひとり様も快適そう。
もっと家の近くにあればいいのにな。
