頂いたのは、お店おススメの
飲み放題付6000円コース。
“サラダ”、“前菜盛り合わせ”、
“鮮魚のカルパッチョ”、
“アヒージョ”、
“白身魚のパイヤソン”、
“牛と鴨・フォアグラのパイ包み焼き”他です。
最初にやって来た
大きな木のボウルに入ったサラダは、
活きのいい葉野菜がこんもり。
お次の“前菜盛り合わせ”は、
ハムやチーズが多用されていて、
艶やかな盛り付け具合に、
のっけから女子会は大盛り上がりでした。
アラカルトで当日、
何をオーダーするかワイワイ決めるのもいいですが、
タイミングをみて提供してもらえる
コースもやっぱり魅力。
こちらも、その提供タイミングがバッチリで、
いずれのお料理もMAX美味しくいただ来ました。
特に気に入ったのは、
看板名物メニューの
“牛と鴨・フォアグラのパイ包み焼き”と、
“鮮魚のカルパッチョ”。
“牛と鴨・フォアグラのパイ包み焼き”は、
パイの軽やかな香ばしさと、
柔らかい肉の噛む毎に出る旨味と甘さ、
それを彩るフォアグラのコクが、
何とも言えぬハーモニーで、
コース終盤でも重くないし、
それでいて〆にふさわしい重厚感もあって、
「美味しいねぇ」って、
お互い会話したくなるお料理でした。
また、“鮮魚のカルパッチョ”も、
大きな白魚？の旨味が良く出ていて、
加えて香ばしさも漂い、
バゲットを追加注文して、
オイルの最後の１滴まで
無駄にしたくない美味しさでした。
友人の一人の誕生会も兼ねていたので、
デザートはお祝いプレートを
用意いただきました。
そんな細かいリクエストへの対応や、
フリードリンクでも遅れのないドリンク提供、
スタッフの方の対応も気持ちよかったです。
お料理もサービスも大満足な、
素敵な夜を過ごさせていただきました。
