多彩な海の肴と珠玉の日本酒
海鮮好きには堪らない！！
多種多様な魚介を多彩な肴として堪能できる。
“本日のお奨め”を眺めるだけでも悩んでしまう。
ついに定番メニューは1ページも開くことができない始末。
日本酒も豊富に用意されており、「今夜は呑むぞ！！」
飛魚一夜干し。夏の魚。旬をいただいた。
刺身も美味しいが、やはり一夜干しの方が好み。
伊勢海サバ 胡麻刺し。伊勢湾の鯖。新しいブランド、ということらしい。
勿論、初めていただく。
料理は美味しかったのだが、鯖自体を味わうために、刺身にすれば良かった。
銀王 刺身。銀鮭を生でいただくのも初体験。寄生虫がいる、という常識を覆す一品。
味は能書き通り、程良い脂。甘みを感じる刺身。
どんこ 煮付け。
これは間違いなく超お奨め。旨い。
グロテスクだが、身の旨味を醤油ベースの煮汁が引出し、倍増させて口中を満たす。
大中小が選べるが、大を注文したい。
日本酒は、ゆきの美人 純米吟醸、写楽 純米、五凛 純米、と呑み進めた。
ゆきの美人は口当たりが良く、宴の始まりの酒だ。
写楽はしっかりした酒。肴と相まって宴を盛り上げてくれた。
最後の五凛は、季節の魚に合う、との触れ込み。
真面目なお酒に感じた。旨い。
スタッフはキビキビしていて心地良し！！
それ以上にニコニコしていて楽しい。
肴は、漁場の名に恥じない海鮮がお奨め！！
旨い肴と酒、開放的で楽しい酒場である。
威勢のいい漁場で焼魚定食！
焼き魚定食¥850をいただいた。
ご飯、味噌汁、小鉢、香の物。
ご飯と味噌汁はお代わり自由。
焼魚は鯖。旨い。
ご飯も美味しくて、お代わり自由を良いことにお代わりをしてしまった。
味噌汁も大好きなので、こちらもお代わり自由を良いことに、3杯もいただいてしまった。
素晴らしい！！
強いて申し上げれば、小鉢。
小鉢と香の物は、どちらが小鉢なのか、という代物で、小鉢とは言いにくい。
ヒジキとか、切干大根とか、酢の物とか、煮物とか、ポテトサラダとか、いわゆる小鉢だともっと嬉しい。
昼は定食だけのようで、他にネギトロ海鮮丼定食¥800、フライ定食¥850、オールスター定食¥950がメニューにあった。
フライ定食は海老フライに、あと2つぐらいのフライがお皿に載っていた。
オールスター定食は、ネギトロ、焼き魚、フライ、とメニューに記されていた。本日の定食の全部盛り、ということらしい。
昼呑み、という文字もメニューにあったが、さてさて、どんな感じなんでしょう。
気になりましたが、勿論、午後も仕事。我慢しましょう。
店は木を基調にしていて、明るく、天井が高く開放感もあり、落ち着く。
そこに、漁場の名に恥じない威勢の良い声が飛び交う。
気にいった！！

One day, I had a party with friends. It is a “Sushi and Tempura course.” There are 8 dishes in total, including 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. Donbei is a place where you want to snack on a few different items. The 8 dishes were perfect.The appetizer was an assortment of 3 types of sake and appetizers. As it is called a “sake appetizer”, it goes well with alcohol. After that, there was salad, soup roll, tempura, and Sushi. He spoke much, ate much, and drank much. It was a fun party. Before the coronavirus pandemic, this was a drinking place that lived up to its name as a fishing spot. The sashimi and seafood dishes are truly delicious, and I have come back many times. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, people have been away from visiting the restaurant, but now they are probably trying to shine again by bringing Sushi and tempura to the forefront. In fact, it seems to be crowded with many customers every night. Personally, I prefer the pre-coronavirus version, but I also enjoyed the new 48 fishing grounds. I would like to visit you from time to time.
