今年は価格が高騰した秋刀魚が痩せこけた解凍物では無くマイレビさん投稿の生秋刀魚塩焼き定食を拝見して塚田農場系列の四十八漁場 九段下店さんに来店,
秋刀魚定食は前の週替りランチだそうで今週の週替わりは刺身五点盛りですが頭の中は焼き魚なのでサバの塩焼き&サバ味噌煮定食1000円をご飯大盛サービスで注文しました,
鯖の文化干し焼き半身と味噌煮が半身と一匹丸々楽しめます,干されて旨味の凝縮されたサバ焼きに大根おろしを添えてオンザライスで楽しみ,鯖味噌煮は脂の乗ったハラス部分に刻みネギを添えて頂くとご飯が進みお代わりご飯をお願いして,海苔の味噌汁と漬物なヒジキ煮を箸休めでお腹いっぱい美味しく頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
