神保町 鮨よしのさん
神保町界隈のお寿司屋さんもかなり珍しくなりました。残っているのは昔ながらのいわゆる町寿司が多いです。
そんななかで、面白いお寿司屋さんを見つけました。何が面白いかって、お皿が全て？九谷焼のお皿になっていて、かなり綺麗です。
特に付け台は透明なガラス皿で他のお店では、まず見ないセンスですね。お皿に幾ら掛かっているのかが素朴な疑問として残りました。
特にインスタグラマーの皆さんには全て写真映えするのでおススメのお店です。
白身の魚は後ろのカウンターと同化し少し見にくいですが、赤身の魚はかなり映えますね。
お造りや茶わん蒸しもかなり美味しく、味も大満足です。
握りは形がすごく綺麗だったのと。ウニ握りはウニがこぼれ落ちるくらいの量で、とても美味しかったです。
大将の人柄も好きです。予約が取りにくいですがまた機会があればお伺いしたいです。
